I have been in the massage field for roughly twenty years, 15 of which have been in the Tri-Cities. I specialize in myofascial release, with training in lymphatic drainage, prenatal massage, reflexology, and gua sha. My philosophy of body work is to really listen to what the body is trying to communicate through holding patterns, and work with the body and its protective mechanisms as opposed to trying to change issues with brute force. I highly believe that massage is healthcare that improves quality of life and prevents injury. Just as we take care of our vehicles with regular maintenance, our bodies deserve the same attention.
